PRICE GUIDE

This is an outline of our prices. In addition we travel to teach and are happy to have horses for schooling and training long or short term. We specialise in one on one training, so schooling horses are taken in when there is time to do the horse justice and give each individual horse the time and training it needs. We tailor the work to the individual horse so the prices below are a rough guide. We start all our own horses, but no longer take outside horses for starting, however we are happy to discuss what you and your horse may need.

Lessons at Rainbow Mountain

Private....................$80.00 per 3/4 hour

Semi- Private......... $55.00 each for 3/4 hour (2)

$65.00 each for an hour (2)

$50.00 each for 3/4 hour (3/4)

$45.00 each for 1 hour (5/6)

Groups...................by arrangement

There is a $5 per person additional cost when the lights are used in the indoor school

Lessons also avaibale locally and nationwide

SCHOOLING AND TRAINING HORSES AND PREPARING AND COMPETING HORSES

We take horses for training on daily/weekly or longer term. Please contact us for further information. The basic costs are as follows:

Daily schooling $90/day

Days off $20/day includes cover changes and feeding etc

Owners bring all feed and hay or we canprovide DUNSTAN Horse feed and Hay and haylage by arrangement.

If winter stabling is required it is $5 per day

PLEASE NOTE THAT A CANCELLATION FEE MAY BE CHARGED IF LESSONS ARE CANCELLED LESS THAN 24hrs BEFORE YOUR LESSON

Overnight Yards or Stables

Uncovered yards and small paddock - when available

...............................$10.00 per night per horse / pony'

Covered yards.......$15.00 per night

Stables...................$20.00 per night - includes bedding

Accommodation

Available in the Woolshed also Airbnb is offered if you would like to have bedding provided - see Airbnb for this listing.

$25.00 per person per night - bring your own bedding

If you sleep in your own truck but use the woolshed facilities $10 per person

We can arrange a limited number of powered sites for truck but this is $5 per day plus per person cost.

The Woolshed has a fully fitted out kitchen, two separate rooms a large lounge with log fire bathroom with separate toilet. The Woolshed sleeps up to eight. More info on facilities page and Airbnb we are happy to rent out for large groups for a special price.
