Indoor Arena
Full size at 66m long and 22m wide it provides a full size dressage arena at all times but also is big enough to jump in.The surface is maintained to the highest level to ensure top quality non slip footing.
During the winter the indoor guarantees that work can continue whatever the weather and during the summer the roof and ventilation provides a cooler shaded environment.
Lights are also great for those who worklater and need to have a facility that can be used into the darker evenings.
Three large well positioned mirrors help to evaluate the horse’s way of going and are an excellent tool for working on your own positions.
Booking in for a training session, clinic or lesson knowing it can go ahead irrespective of the weather, we know how precious “spare time” is!
An very big outdoor arena offer excellent ground conditions for jump lessons and working the horses, but again in bad weather or after dark we jump in the indoor arena.
In addition to our own 4 large stables there are 6 covered yards and 3 other large stables for visitors. So we have a total of 9 safe secure yard and stables for visitors.
Secure outdoor yards and paddocks ensure efficient and safe management of horses.
The Fiber Fresh National Equestrian Center and Taupo are both 50kms away so again a great opportunity to enjoy all that Taupo and the equestrian centre have to offer.
Often clients come here for a couple of day’s dressage and then go onto the equestrian centre for cross country schooling or we can come down and do lessons too
Previously our warm and cosy character home, the 'Woolshed' now provides simple but comfortable accommodation for anyone that may need it.
A fully fitted out kitchen, two separate rooms a large lounge with log fire & Freeview TV, bathroom with separate toilet.
The Woolshed sleeps up to eight. So with the horses safe and sound whatever the weather, you and a group of friends can stay on site together and have some fun.
